The mission of Sycuan Medical/Dental Center is to provide primary health, dental, specialty, public and other healthcare Services as proven to be needed by the established healthcare system of the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Nation and its Tribal Council.

Over 15 medical employees, including board certified physicians, nurses, and specialists work cohesively to provide top quality, comprehensive primary care to 4,600 clients with a cumulative 9,000 patients visits per year.
The Sycuan Medical/Dental Center focuses on specific conditions impacting the Native American population. On-site primary services include acute illness, injury treatment and preventative care. Specialized services include podiatry and acupuncture. Over 10 dental employees including general dentists, hygienists, and registered dental assistants provide general dentistry, including specialty endodontics and oral surgery to 2,500 clients with accumulative 4,000 patient visits per year.
Sycuan's Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy that fills approximately 18,000 prescriptions each year, while providing patient consultation in a highly cultural environment.
